The Covid Chronicles

June 7th - 11th

Ages - Rising High School Freshmen to Rising College Freshmen

Possible Culminating Performance in person

Diamond Gaither will lead high school and recently graduated high school students in an exploration of their feelings and emotions pertaining to the struggles and hardships experienced during Covid-19 and the Pandemic through performance writing. The workshop will end with either a Zoom performance or an in-person performance.

The Grey Table

June 14th - 18th

Diamond Gaither and participants will explore the cultural and societal injustice happening locally and globally through discussion, writing, and performance writing. The workshop will end with either an in-person performance or a Zoom performance.

Intro to Theatre - "Fun in the Sun" - Camp #1

June 28th - July 1st

9:00 AM - Noon

Ages - 8-12

Tom Murphy will lead students in a series of introductory theatre activities including auditioning, improv, dance, stage combat, and theatre games. The focus is on introductory exposure to theatre and breaking through the performance shell.



Musical Theatre - "Get On Your Feet" - Camp #2

July 26th - 30th

6:00 - 9:00 PM

Ages - 13-18

Justin Bulla and Christy Elkins will lead students through a Musical Theatre workshop where the focus is on voice, performing, building characters, movement, and movement while singing. Musical numbers will be taught as well as solos workshopped and performed. The week will end in a culminating performance of solos and ensemble numbers.
