"Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek…” And thus begins the fairy tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wise cracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand...and his name is Shrek.

Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who auditioned for Shrek the Musical!! The Casting Team had to make some very hard decisions. You all made our job very hard.
Our First Company Meeting will be on Sunday, April 26th at 6:00pm at Rockingham County High School. Everyone should attend unless you noted on your conflict sheet that you would not be available that night. A parent needs to present with any children in the cast. Please bring the following items with you:
1) a pencil and notepad for notes
2) $3.00 for the Company Strike Party at the end of the run.
3) Please be prepared to donate $5.00 to our Encore Cafe or let us know that you will donate an item for our Raffle during the productions.
4) Names of friends/family who would be willing to volunteer for our organization.
5) $25 check for a script deposit (this will be returned to you when the script is returned in good condition)
6) We order t-shirts for all of our shows. You are not required to purchase a t-shirt, but be prepared with the number and sizes of shirts you would like to order.
