The Theatre Guild of Rockingham County invites you and your family to join us in 2010/2011 for our twenty-second season.  This promises to be a season of favorites and classics!  See the Season Letter below for a complete season line-up.

The Brochure below has information on the various ways that you, as a valued patron, can continue to support the excitement of live theatre in Rockingham County.  Also, if you would like to advertise in the upcoming season’s playbill, please remit your information promptly.  All advertisers and sponsors who desire listing in the playbill must submit and pay for all orders by August 14th.

Finally, the TGRC Membership Dinner and Golden Guild Awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, Aug 21. See the GGA Invitation below for details.

Please note: There is a special audition form for The King and I. You can find more information and download the forms on the show page. See the Audition Information section. And, remember, the auditions are being held at the Rockingham Senior High School auditorium, where the play is being performed.

Sunday Tech Rehearsal change!!!!

Instead of taking a half an hour dinner break at the college, we will be breaking from 5:00pm - 6:30pm for dinner away from the college.  Parents please make sure your child has money and a ride to leave for dinner!

Robin Hood Rehearsal 3/2/10 Canceled

Robin Hood rehearsal for this evening, 3/2/10 has been canceled due to winter weather.  We will be extending Sunday night rehearsal until 9:00pm to make up this missed rehearsal.

Change in Robin Hood Audition Dates/Times

Robin Hood auditions will be Saturday Morning, 2/6/2010 at 9:00 AM, and Tuesday Evening, 2/9/2010 at 6:30 PM.  It is recommended that you attend the Saturday Morning audition if at all possible as there may be limited space during Tuesday Evening's audition requiring you to perform your monologue in front of all auditionees instead small groups.

Auditions:
Monday, Dec. 7 & Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7:00 pm at RCC auditorium.

It's 1945 and the gospel-singing Sanders Family is back together again for down-home humor & 25 gospel favorites. 
Roles for 4 men, 3 women: (Actors/actresses in late teens to early 60s will be considered for these roles). See the show page for details.

Actors auditioning will be asked to:
- Sing one verse of a gospel hymn or song.
- Show your ability to harmonize.
- If you play a musical instrument, we encourage you to show us at the audition!
